Dr. Jeong Safety Passport™

Patient safety education

Before Beauty, Choose Safety.

Thinking about cosmetic surgery abroad?

No registration is required.

Estimated completion time: 3–5 minutes.

Dr. Jeong Safety Passport™ is a free educational project designed to help individuals considering cosmetic surgery abroad better understand their health considerations and procedure burden so they can have more informed conversations with their healthcare team.

It is not intended to evaluate or compare the quality of care provided by any specific medical institution. Final decisions regarding surgery and preparedness should be made by the treating healthcare team based on each patient's individual circumstances.

Why We Created This Tool

International cosmetic surgery can be a positive option for many patients.

However, factors such as age, chronic medical conditions, procedure complexity, recovery plans, and travel considerations may affect safety.

In clinical practice, the most important question is often not "Can this surgery be done?" but rather "How can it be done more safely?"

This tool was created to help answer that question.

About Dr. Jeong

Dr. Euicheol Jeong is a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing in Seoul, Korea, with experience caring for international patients and a focus on helping patients make medical decisions based on safety and clear explanation.

Dr. Jeong Safety Passport™ is a free educational project inspired by that clinical experience.

This tool is provided for educational purposes to support safer decision-making among international cosmetic surgery patients.

Beautiful outcomes begin with thoughtful preparation.

International cosmetic surgery is not always the safest choice for every patient.

In some situations, evaluation and treatment closer to home may be more appropriate, regardless of the quality of any particular institution.
